VSI is an ISO9001 certified manufacturer which represents an existing well managed quality control system and responsibilities to continue improving our quality system to assure the best products.

We are fully equipped with all kinds of test equipments. And our complete company QC/QA standards manuals are used in each step of manufacturing processes.

Design Phase:

Our engineer teams design the products based on the industry standards. And experienced QC/QA staffs will check all of the design details according to the industry standards to make sure the product not only meet the standard but also assure the best usability and well-fit for the customer and application requirements.   

Production Phase:

From casting to machining, painting, assembling and testing, our QC/QA staffs have to check all of the items on the QC/QA manuals in order to flow to the next step. And the group QC/QA directors will randomly check the QC/QA staffs’ inspection jobs to further ensure the quality meets the requirement.

Castings:Every batch of castings have a furnace number in order for us to keep tracking the castings. And we are going to do material composition analysis, metallographic analysis and material's physical and mechanical properties analysis for every batch.

Imported rubber material: We are going to do ageing test, low temperature test, hardness test and stick ability test.

Epoxy Coating: When the epoxy powder come in, we are going to do adhension test, impact test, spark test, thickness test, polymerization degree test and corrosion resistance test.

Shell test, seal test and operation test will be done according to the standard's requirement.

Packing and shipping:

Before the products leave our factory, our QC/QA staffs will do the final inspections to assure the products our customers received are perfect. And the way we pack and ship the products will ensure no any damages when the products on their way.
